Samuel Arredondo was born May 18, 1965 in Hereford, Texas to Macario and Francisca Ramirez Arredondo. Sam met and fell in love with Ida Lou and married on August 28, 1987 in Belton, Texas. Mr. Arredondo had served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a Safety Coordinator for a construction company in Rosebush, MI for 18 years. There were many things Sam loved which included hunting, fishing, and bike riding, but most of all he loved the Dallas Cowboys. He was an awesome baker and made the best pecan pie and chocolate chip cookies. Sam never met a stranger and would do anything for anyone. He was devoted to safety. His family will forever remember him for the loving and caring person he was to everyone, especially how he cared for his grandchildren.

Those mourning his passing are his wife of the home, Ida; three sons, Justin Arredondo and Jacob Arredondo both of Corinth, and Joshua Arredondo of Grapevine; his father, Macario Arredondo of Hereford; five sisters, Beatrice Ramirez, Telma Arredondo, and Guadalupe Guevara all of Arlington, Delma Arredondo of Sterling City, and Angelica Garza of Arlington; four grandchildren, Aidan, Alykai, Ghaige, and Blake.

Preceded in death by his mother, Francisca Arredondo.

The family suggests Memorials in Mr. Arredondo’s name be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
